CultureCon Announces Star-Studded Lineup for Two-Day Conference in New York City

CultureCon, the premier festival for Black creatives, is set to make a spectacular return to New York City on October 5 and 6, 2024. This year’s expanded two-day conference will be held at the Duggal Greenhouse in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, bringing together thousands of Black creatives and young professionals for an unforgettable weekend of inspiration, collaboration, and growth. The lineup of speakers is nothing short of stellar, with Morris Chestnut, June Ambrose, Karamo Brown, Emma Grede, Anika Noni Rose, Tyler James Williams, and Kristy Sarah among the prominent figures scheduled to take the stage.

As part of CultureCon Week, which runs from September 29 to October 4, attendees will also be treated to appearances by Janelle Monáe and Questlove, further solidifying the event’s status as the ultimate destination for Black creators. Additionally, previously announced speakers include Cynthia Erivo, Yara Shahidi, and famed stylist Law Roach.

Presented by Max and supported by a wide range of major partners such as Chase Ink, McDonald’s, Verizon, SheaMoisture, and Netflix, CultureCon continues to be a trailblazing platform for fostering connections between creators, brands, and resources. The event promises skill-building workshops, networking opportunities, and a chance for attendees to meet recruiters at the Creative Career Job Fair.

One of the major highlights this year will be the debut of the CultureCon Creator Summit, in partnership with Kensington Grey, offering specialized workshops, resources, and networking sessions to help creators succeed in the rapidly growing creator economy.

As the conference concludes, attendees can look forward to the Creative Block Party hosted by CÎROC, a celebration of creativity and community. For tickets and more information, visit CultureCon NYC.

With its dynamic programming, star-studded speaker list, and focus on empowering Black creatives, CultureCon 2024 promises to be the biggest and most impactful edition yet.
