On Friday evening, Fry Yiy Friday, a show on OVO Sound’s, Sirius XM’s channel Sound 42 (Channel 42) had Drake as a guest. Drake made a rare appearance to announce that his new album will be dropping this summer. Fans have been highly anticipating a new body of work from the Champagne Papi.
Drake reportedly said that the album is in the mix and mastering phase and will be titled ‘Certified Lover Boy’. There’s no official release date which can raise questions of if he’s going to drop it unexpectedly or if he will have a promo roll out. Only time will tell, nonetheless we are sure the album will meet Drake’s high caliber artistic body of work.
